The Think Brazos Podcast interviewed each of the candidates running for the Bryan Independent School District Board of Trustees. Julie Harlin (incumbent), Chrissy Ransome, and Prentiss Madison are competing for the Single Member District 2 position and Joel Bryan VI is running unopposed for the at large position. The election for this race is Tuesday, November 7th.

In these conversations, we ask the candidates about their motivations for running, what they think about the test scores (referring to this Texas Tribune chart), the relationship between the school district and the City of Bryan, and how affordable housing impacts the school district.
